While in Colmar, we took several day trips to villages along Alsace's Wine Route. The first town we visited was Eguisheim, one of the more popular towns. Eguisheim is very small, made up of several concentric rings of streets. We arrived there just after noon when much of the town, including the Tourist Information center, was closed for lunch!
