A place where everyone (ok, nearly everyone ;) is envolved in some kind of art expression, painting, sculpture, design, music, parties, dancing, street life... Something that doesn't lack to this place are things happening and all with an alternative mood. A small Prague, like this was some years ago, before it was drowned by turists, which is also starting to happen in Ljubljana and becoming worse each year that goes by...
