He became famous for his lectures & was such a great showman that he really impressed & awed his audience unlike Newton who was so boring that at times, he never had an audience!

Faraday's other works include: the liquefication of several gases, the dicovery of 2 new chlorides of carbon, he effected the revolution of a magnetic needle around an electric current, discovered the effects of one electric current to another, & etc.
