An amazing place, beautiful and interesting. A place that must be visited on any trip to France. You can even take a day-trip there from Paris! We visited Mont St Michel in early April. It was still quite cold and very windy, but the sun was out which was gorgeous. We visited at low tide during which the sand and patterns were a neat backdrop. At high tide the mont is almost completely surrounded by water, and the tide comes in incredibly quickly. If you can visit when the tide will be changing as it would be very interesting to see.
