Here is the mule corral. If you reserve far enough in advance, at least 6 months, you can ride a mule to the bottom of the canyon along the Bright Angel Trail. Apparently, they are very surefooted and reliable. As for me, I'm not putting my life in the hands of some dumb animal. He might be having a bad day.
