The thing about the Cotswold is that it’s enchanting. We visited the area on a sunny day in mid-May of 2006 and found a world forgotten by time (but not tourists) and untouched by war. The buildings are of cold Catswold stone while the folks of the area are warm to visitors, but it’s the countryside with its rolling hills and splash of color that awe.
