It was navin's idea that we should go for passing out parade at dehradun. Initially i was not sure as by then i had already joined a new company and so was'nt sure about the leaves. But as luck might have it i did manage a days leave. by the way an interesting thing , till now i had not met navin only been in touch with him through orkut. Actually abhijeet happens to be a common friends of ours and indirectly through him we got to know each other. I must say this lad Navin is crazy about the army,he's a walking dictionary about the indian army, i guess he has same knowledge as any of the GC's(gemtleman cadets) in academy. Navin flew from banglore and so the next day we fixed our rendezvous point at rodeos ,CP. We had a quick snack n drinks and then left for ISBT. From their took a local bus for dehradun. Oh yes a piece of advice if any one plans to go in this weather do go in for an AC as it gets very sticky :) So finally we left on 9 June 15:00 hours and reached about 7 hours later.By then it was already too late to enter academy so we stayed at a guest house and yes we were lucky to get a room as almost all the hotels had been already booked. We caught up with some 3-4 hours of sleep and then got ready and left for academy. Rest all you can see in pics.....
