Oulu and Finland, in general, are great places to live and travel. The landscapes and scenery are beautiful. You will find that the cities are very clean and the Finnish architecture is amazing. The people are really freindly and many people speak english, so it is possible to get around without speaking Finnish. Each season in Finland has something unique to offer. The summer is unique because of the near continuous sunlight and the winter is great because of the snow, winter sports, and the list can continue.
