My family and I traveled to the Yucatan penisula in March 2006. Went to the colonila city of Merida, then to the beach area of Tulum and Akumul. Loved Merida, but found the rest over developed, though expected that. Still a wonderful trip with good experiences, cultures, beaches, snorkeling and sunrises.
