My husband and I walk along the Paul Bunyan State Trail on the eastern shore of Lake Bemidji. This the place where the Mississippi turns to the east toward Grand Rapids. There it will turn south then on it's way to New Orleans.

The wild flowers and plants and foods change weekly. There are always people, dogs and wildlife to see and hear. I thought I'd share these views of "my neck of the woods."
