Sego Canyon cuts into the Book Cliffs just north of Thompson, Utah. The petroglyphs and pictographs were left by several different cultures, the Archaic, The Anasazi, the Fremont, and the Ute. The most interesting are the pictographs in the Barrier Canyon Style, similar to those found at the Great Gallery of Horseshoe Cyn. in Canyonlands NP.
