Monica and Joyce's Rosarito Beach adventure! The Rosarito Beach Hotel was actually quite nice, but the rest of the town is crappy. In contrast, Ensenada has been fixed up quite nicely to accomodate the cruise ship passengers. A nice shopping/walking street and quite clean.
