A view over the city from the Cerro San Cristobal. Like LA, Santiago is situated in an environment that traps smog and grime. A funny thing - three stray dogs escorted us all the way to the top of the mountain, stopping when we stopped, waiting if we got too far ahead or behind. When we finally reached the top they all turned around and walked back down the mountain.
