One royal personage was buried for eternity in a very uncomfortable looking backflip position -- in fact this is the fetal position and the burial position replicates the way in which a person is born and then returns from life on earth in the same fetal position. The large gold ceremonial arms and other objects in the display were used for ceremonial purposed by the important person who's tomb this represents.
