The discoveries at Huaca Rajada are often compared to Egypt's King Tut excavation because of the wealth of objects unearthed and the fact that the tomb was discovered in a pristine, unlooted condition with all artifacts in place. Archaeologists and anthropologists learned a great deal about the Moche culture from these findings.
