After a quick trip through Guatemala and Belize we returned the Yucatan penninsula in Mexico where we visited the famous ruins of Chichen Itza and Uxmal and the cities of Merida and Campeche, before finishing up in the beach resort paradise of Cancun. Cancun made a pleasant finish to our Mexican adventure but you can't really call it Mexico. After a couple of days of 'refreshment' we were on the plane to Havana Cuba.
