Amazing to see a Tibetan monastery so down south. It was my first introduction to the elusive Buddisht monks and their world. Thoroughly went click click. Beseached many old Tibetan 'Aunties' and shy, 'peering in pairs' Tibetan kids (earlier playing street football in their little red and yellow habit before they spotted us) to pose for snaps. But the best subject was the great Buddha himself!
