From Johor Bahru so call "JB" follows the Kota Tinggi route bypass Kota Tinggi Town to Kota Tinggi & Air Penawar traffic light and go straight until Mersing, after crossing Mersing bridge about 15 minutes you reach there. Challet's not so expensive..
