The Kingdom of Morocco is a country of extraordinary contrasts and beauty; it spans from a Mediterranean coastline in the North through scenic mountain landscapes to the empty wilderness of the Sahara.

Whenever I travel across Morocco's ever-changing landscape it's always the traditional Berber people and their culture that capture my imagination. How do the High Atlas Nomads survive the bitter winter temperatures in their home-spun wool tents and, in contrast, how the desert nomads survive in the heat of the summer when the dust devils whirl and mirages shimmer across the black desert hammada?
