Tim of AsiaExplorers ( http://www.asiaexplorers.com ) and I went on a 2D/1N trip, on a junk, to Halong Bay and Cat Ba Islands with four friends, from 31st Aug to 1st Sept 2006. The weather was marvelous and on the night we stayed on the junk, there was a full sky of stars and cool breeze blowing on our faces. What a nice place to spend a night!

We all had a great time canoeing to Cat Ba islands the next morning and enjoying the beautiful scenery around us.
