We flew from Maui to Molokai where we visited with an old friend of Rudys. Nancy was the owner of Aderrante, the sail boat that sank in the 1976 Transpac race. That is it sank with Rudy, Nancy, her sons, and crew onboard in the middle of the night. Hit by a whale? Never found out. They all survived and it was our luck that her two sons and their families were visiting at the same time. So it was a great reunion.
