Messy! Rubbish! Everything upside down. During our visit, we saw a man throwing one of the cement cover into the sea with a huge splash!! Recently a turtle was sick and found along the coast at Kepala Batas (early Sept 2006). It had swallowed some plastic bags....wondered whether the plastic bags could be originated from this bridge?
