The first day of this part of the cruise was entirely aboard ship as we cruised the Danube with Romania on the right side and Bulgaria on the left. Just before the Iron Gates, the left became Serbia and continued until we temporarily left the ship the next morning at Veliko Gradiste, Serbia. The ship continued upriver to Belgrade where we reboarded that evening after sightseeing in Belgrade. The next day we continue upriver to Novi Sad, Serbia's second largest city where we spent the day sightseeing.
