I spent about 2 weeks in Thailand in February 2006. After a travelling through China during winter for the previous 2 weeks, tropical Thailand beckoned me.

First off, spent 5 nights at Chaeweng beach on Koh Samui. To be frank, Koh Samui is not all it's stacked up to be. Though certainly nice in parts, I was a little disappointed. The fact it rained solidly for about 3 days didn't help.
