At the end of Ramadan, Miguel and I and some friends traveled to Bahrain. It was nice because we were able to get a change of scenery after a crazy couple months but because it was Eid (the end of Ramadan) everything was closed, including the handicraft markets, stores and historical sites. It was still nice to get away but next time we would pick another time to visit!
