St. Thomas is where we arrived by plane. It is very hilly and the most populated of the three islands. We had taken right away a ferry to St. John, then returned to St. Thomas to take a float plane to St. Croix and after our three days were up we took a high speed ferry back to St. Thomas. Good thing the order was this way, because the high speed ferry had engine problems and the morning departure had been cancelled.
