Split is a city on Croatian coast, city with a long history that starts in the 3rd century when the Roman emperor Diocletian built his palace on this coast. Throughout the centuries the palace changed but it is still the part of everyday life. There is certain easiness about Split and the Mediterranean feeling is obvious everywhere. There are many advantages of the Mediterranean climate that we have in Split but maybe the most pleasant ones are when even in the middle of the Winter you can count on lovely sunny days.
