So how did the whole week here stack up? Throw in those beautiful flowers and the fine weather, and we certainly had more hits than misses. There were some surprises we hadn't expected, but I hereby report that our week in Kauai was definitely a big hit!

Tomorrow we fly 300 miles east to the Big Island of Hawaii, where the earthquake hit last Sunday . I wonder what surprises we can expect over there ...
