Anti-Atlas & Atlantic – South Western Morocco – 8 Day Trip Day 1 Arrive Agadir. Meet drivers at airport and transfer to Sofitel agadir Hotel.

Day 2 Leave Agadirin Mitsibushi 4x4 and head south east through Aitbaha . Visit the Kasbah tizourgane in Tioulit - lunch. Continue in vehicles to Tafraout. Short walk through the village and palmeries. 1 night Hotel.

Day 3 After breakfast, on foot explore the region of the Painted Rocks (guided) and continue on foot. Rendevous with vehicles for picnic lunch. Continue on in 4x4's to the village of Souk-el-Had d'Afella-Irhir. Spend one night in a Berber House on the edge of the village.

Day 4 Using the 4x4's make the journey to the Rock Paintings (about 45 minutes from the village). Continue on the piste down to Am Toudi (picnic on route) – 1st night Auberge in Am Toudi.

Day 5 Circular walk (guided) from the Auberge to the cascades and the high Agadir. Take picnic lunch – 2nd night Auberge.

Day 6 Leave Am Toudi early and drive via Guelmim and down to Plage Blanche – lunch in the auberge on the beach, drive north along Plage Blanche and then take the piste to Fort Bou Jerif.

Day 7 Leave Fort Bou Jerif, take the 9km piste to the road then return to Guelmim. Visit the camel fare and souk. Take the road to Sidi Ifni . Lunch. Continue on the coast road north to LaGherzra (the natural arch), then continue along the coast road via Tiznit and back to Agadir . Final night Sofitel Hotel.

Day 8 Depart for home

Day 2 Start your journey eastwards to Dades Gorge, taking the mountain piste into the southern region of the High Atlas (Hotel)

Day 3 Continue on the Mountain Piste through Todra Gorge and onto Tinerhir (Hotel)

Day 4 Head east to a small village on the edge of the Sahara. Take a Camel Trek into Erg Chebbi and bivouac under the stars (bivouac)

Day 5 Continue across ergchebbi on Camels. Return to the Auberge across the Hamada (black stony desert) by 4x4's (Auberge)

Day 6 Drive further south into the sahara and then west onto Tissemoumine - (bivouac)

Day 7 Continuing on the desert piste make your way north via Tazarine and arrive at N'kob a small town on the south side of the Jebel Sahro mountains.(Hotel)

Day 8 Cross the desert mountains of the Jebel Sahro on piste emerging on the north side of the range in Boumalne (hotelBoumalne)

Day 9 Travel onto Ouarzazate and north to the aspiring fortress of Aitbenhaddou- (Hotel)

Day 10 From Ait Benhaddau take the piste up into the High Atas mountains, through Telouet and then down over the Tiz'n'Ticka pass to Marrakech (Riad/Hotel)
