Ephesus, also called Efes,ranks first among Turkey/s ruins. It contains much classical art and architecture. the great theater at Ephesus holds 24,000 people. The Temple of Hadrian, the Library of Celsus, the SacredWayand the Fountain of Trajan are all in good shape. Everything is still under restoration. In fact, less than half of the site has been reclaimed.
