Great Memories
Cecilia, your memories of Bali bring back my own. Your eye for incongruity speaks in "Would You Like a View With Your Meal?" That red house really jumps out at us. And your sense of rhythm beats loudly in "Diety at Bukit Jambul" -- where the rice paddies flow as context for the mighty God! I also enjoyed "Follow the Leader" because of its rhythms -- the line of ducks echo the line of trees and fronds. All of these images, as well as numerous others, express a wonderful sense of place. Good job! I was there back in 1996, and I wish I had seen some of the wonderful things you saw.
