No matter how many wonderful things there are to see and do, a tourist has to take a break to eat too. So why don't you try a bowl of steaming hot Batso soup noodles. These local noodles are usually sold from pushcart stalls by the roadside. We took a chance and decided to give it a try. They were YUUUUUUMMY! Since this bowl, we got our taxi driver to stop whenever we saw a Batso stall, even if we were just whizzing past a paddy field in the middle of the countryside!
