This article in a way is a bit out dated as it has been almost 16 months since hurricane Katrina devastated the city of New Orleans. This was supposed to be one of the deadliest hurricanes the US has ever faced. The entire city of New Orleans came to a standstill. Because of the amount of damage caused by the hurricane there were talks about relocating the entire city to an altogether different location.
