This lintel over the door leading from the mandapa to the antarala shows "risi" (ascetics). The temple was dedicated by Suryavarman to Shiva Mahayogi (i.e., in his aspect as the hermit or ascetic), but later converted to a Buddhist sanctuary under Jayavarman VII.
