Down the hill, to the east, was this hospital chapel, which was in good condition. The chapel is approached through a gopura. In the front, the elevated cruciform terrace in front of the gopura. This monument was several steps below the street level off the main road. It was close to an enormous baray (water basin), but I couldn't find out whether that dated back to the Khmer or was a later construction.
