Every two years, over Easter weekend, Wanaka in New Zealand hosts an International Airshow suitably named 'Warbirds over Wanaka' . The first Airshow was held in 1988 and from small beginnings it took off . The three day event attracts people and aircraft from around the world providing many great moments for it's dedicated followers and families enjoying a great day out .
