A Budapest eye-openner from a collection of two February visits (2006 and 2007). It's also the reason why on some pics you see snow and on some none. This year was unseasonably warm in Eastern Europe compared to last year but it provided a golden opportunity to really go out into the city for day and evening walks. Budapest at night is very beautiful.

They call Budapest the "Darling of Europe". It's easy to see why. And here, the pictures don't even come close to scratching the surface of this indeed ... (more)
