As we travelled to Sikkim we stopped in Kalimpong in the district of West Bengal/Darjeeling and visited the Pine view Cactus Nursery. (Please visit www.pineviewcactus.com). It took me by surprise to see so many Cacti and all under one roof up 4000ft above the sealevel. We were there in early march and the Cacti have not started to flower yet. Mr Pradhan the owner and the co-founder with his wife told me that the best time is about may/June to visit to see the flowers. What little flowers we saw were magnificient and hope to visit ...
