one of the most impressive palaces in the complex. It has gold leaf painting, & ornate lacquered walls in red & gold with colored glass inlays. The white plaster pillars are decorated in delicate patterns covered with gold leaf. [Bikaner has been famous for centuries for its Usta art - miniature paintings and gold embossing done on ceilings, pillars & walls.] The multi-storeyed palace was used as the governance chambers for the rulers.
