Over Easter 2007 we visited the covered Spice Bazaar in Istanbul. This place was an amazing sight, full of hundreds of shops selling a wide variety of colourful and exotic goods. The Turkish salesmen were extremely pursuasive and we were attracted to the delicious Turkish Delight on offer.
