Bruges was my first stop in Belgium after leaving Paris. This charming UNESCO world heritage city was very welcoming to me when I arrived. People were very friendly and stopped to help me when I was trying to navigate the bus system or find the hostel. I was very lucky to have a beautiful day to admire this city full of architectural gems. I loved the serene canals, parks and the beautiful squares with Flemish and Gothic architecture.
