After a few days in Cuzco, we were ready for our next journey in Peru as part of our GAP Southern Divide tour. My tourmates were very enthusiastic about hiking and we changed our plan to hike part of the Sacred Valley of the Incas instead of seeing the Pisac Ruins. I decided to go along with the hiking and it turned out to be a very hard exercise for me. I had a hard time going up and especially going downhill.
