Seattle was the first American city I visited. I only spent a short time in the emerald city and I found it to be a pleasant American West Coast city. I walked quite a lot and it was a bit of a challenge to walk up the hills Seattle has, even though it is not as hilly as San Francisco as I later discovered! This visit was in conjunction with my trip to beautiful Victoria, B.C., Canada. Please note that these photos were scanned.
