The Upper Florentine Forest is located about 80km West of Hobart, Tasmania. It has been marked for logging but is currently being protected by a goup of young people who are camped on the logging road. If it is logged, then this habitat will be almost totally destroyed with all the beautiful old trees and the fungus that live with them vanishing.
