Chemainus is a pretty town on Vancouver Island around one hour of bus ride from Victoria, B.C. I decided to visit this pretty town while I was on vacation in Victoria and Seattle in August 2002. The town is justifiably famous for its murals and colourful Victorian buildings. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit Duncan to explore more of the West Coast Native heritage.
