This journal features the Penang Butterfly Farm (PBF), a popular attraction that I had ignored until Jon convinced me to go with him & to my surprise, I really, really, enjoyed it. The PBF is not just a tourist attraction, it’s a 'live museum' that educates the public, as well as an important research & breeding center. Founded in 1986, it was the first tropical butterfly farm ever set up in the world.
