The Thaipusam Festival is a Hindu festival celebrated mostly by the Tamil community. That was the first times I joined this kind of celebration. And I can't tell how it feels. It just like you are in other world! Piercing the skin, tongue or cheeks with vel skewers, bearing the vel kavadi... And the 272 steps to the top, is a wonderful experience!
