Frankfurt was the surprise stop for me. I did not intend on visiting Frankfurt during this trip. Due to the flight arrangements, I had to stop at Germany’s financial capital for one night. I was very glad to have this chance to see a bit of Germany. After the heat of Southern Europe, Frankfurt’s cool weather was a refreshing change.
