He was a scottish immortal who lived for the last 400 years. It was the main character in a famous mid 90's series called the highlander .

It was my first time to visit England not Scotland , but there i touched the soul of Duncan MacLeod .

My flight was at 4.00 am sunday morning , but i could not go without saying a good bye to the one i love and my mother could not understand why i had to spend all saturday morning at El-Hussien area .

Through Frankfurt , landed in Manchester at 2 pm and less than 10 minutes i was out .

Clouded skies with light rains and we were driving through the M6 motorway. Just a few minutes and it was heavy rains and the M6 motorway was smiling to me . 40 minutes with the M6 was not enough but we have reached stoke-on-Trent , Hanley is a small district of stoke-on-Trent where i will stay for the following week .

Stoke-on-Trent is not just a small town in the West midlands of England . The shires , Peak district national park ,The M6 ,Primitive methodism , Hanley and Many more . More than 5 million tourists last year and i was lucky to become one this year .

During my week visit i went to Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent , Lichfield , Blackshaw moor) , Derbyshire (Buxton , Park district ) , Cheshire (Mow cop , Little Moreton Hall ) , Darlington and Birmingham (Soilhull) .

Waking up 6.30 am , go to work from 7.30 am till 4.30 pm. Some rest , an hour in the swimming pool and taking my camera from 6.30 pm till 9.30 pm to go through the shires . With a cloudy skies and heavy rays , it is a week to remember for a long time.

Staffordshire , Derbyshire , Cheshire , Peak district national park , BlackShaw moor ,Playing with ducks at Buxton Park , Mermaid pub (2nd highest pub in UK) ,a cold orange juice in Stafford arms pub. A dream become true .

Though most of my work was at Stoke-on-Trent but i had the chance to meet a very dear friends , The M6 and the M62 as I had a couple of meetings in Darlington and Solihull-Birmingham .

I was lucky to have the ride again with the M6 and the M62 . The M6 motorway is the longest motorway in the United Kingdom. It starts near Rugby in central England, passes near Coventry, through Birmingham and near the major cities of Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Liverpool and Preston, and runs to the north of Carlisle, close to the Scottish border. With 365 km long . Although The M62 is much shorter (172 km) , and connects the northern cities of England . It is reaches the highest point of any motorway in Britain (440 m) ,where i have touched the clouds with my hands .

Through high hills , small lakes and magnificent green vallies . The beauty of the nature was some thing i never seen or imagine to see in my live.

It was not just a road , it is a road from heaven .
