Now this is something I would have liked to see in Cannes! On the main street separating Old from New Grasse, there are several enclosures where dog owners are asked to take their pets for the calls of Nature, instead of having them soil the streets and sidewalks. In all fairness, I understand that they are now trying to establish a similar system in Cannes -- bonne chance!
